This notice explains how we process personal data, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). By using the site, creating an account or opening a support ticket, you confirm that you have read it.

1. Data controller

2. What we process

Account: username, e-mail address and an account package encrypted in your browser that contains your password. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Support: username (optional), e-mail address, ticket subject, your messages and any screenshot you attach.
Technical data: IP address, browser information and request times, used only for security, abuse prevention and fixing errors.
Cookies: one necessary cookie that remembers your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why

To create your account and let you log in to the game; to verify your e-mail and send password reset codes; to answer support tickets; to protect the site and the game against abuse, attacks and cheating; to meet our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

KVKK article 5/2: performance of a contract (c), legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or protecting a right (e) and our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). For anything beyond these, we ask for your explicit consent separately.

5. Who receives it

Only providers the service needs to work: our web host, e-mail delivery, our game server and the content delivery network that distributes game files. Some of them may have servers outside Türkiye; such transfers follow KVKK article 9. Data may be shared with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

6. How long

Account data while the account exists; unverified registrations and reset requests at most 15 minutes; support tickets at most [PERIOD] after they are closed; technical logs at most [PERIOD]. Legal retention periods take priority. Expired data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 you can learn whether your data is processed, ask for information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for corrections, ask for deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, ask that these actions be reported to recipients, object to a result against you produced only by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Write to [CONTACT E-MAIL] from the e-mail address registered to your account. We may ask for extra information to verify your identity. We answer within 30 days free of charge.

9. Age

The site and the game are not intended for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you may create an account only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

10. Security

Your password is encrypted in your browser and can only be opened by our game server. Connections are protected with HTTPS. Even so, no transfer over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. The current version is always on this page; we announce important changes in the news.
