These terms govern your use of the Plague X site, your account and the game (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The game is in development; features, content and balance may be changed, removed or reset without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. You may not share, sell or transfer your account. Everything done on your account is treated as done by you. You must give a valid e-mail address when registering.

3. Forbidden conduct

Using cheats, bots, automation or software that modifies the game; exploiting bugs; attacking or trying to disrupt the servers, the site or other players; harassing or threatening others or using hate speech; impersonating staff ("super"); buying or selling in-game items, currency or accounts for real money.

4. In-game items

In-game items, currency and progress are a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use them inside the game. They have no real monetary value and you do not own them.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you broke these terms, we may warn you, remove in-game items, suspend your account temporarily or permanently, or delete it. For serious violations we may act without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from using or being unable to use the Service, loss of data or progress, outages, or the conduct of third parties.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the game, the site, logos, images, sounds and other content belong to us. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
